About

Mads's journey with classical music began in a Copenhagen bar, where he sang jazz and showtunes while bartending.

It was here that he crossed paths with the singing coach Douglas Yates, whose guidance ignited Mads's passion for classical music. Encouraged by Yates, Mads embarked on a journey to Nürnberg at Douglas Yates VocalArts to hone his vocal skills, before returning to Copenhagen to enroll in the Pre-College 'Musikalsk Grund Kursus' under the tutelage of the renowned opera singer Trine Møller.

From Copenhagen to Berlin

His dedication and talent led to his acceptance at the Universität der Künste Berlin, where he had the opportunity to study under esteemed professors such as Elisabeth Werres and Aris Argiris. Since graduating from UDK Berlin at the end of 2024, Mads has participated in several opera productions, including Trouble in Tahiti, La Bohème, and Die Fledermaus.
